COVID-19 response

Update concerning COVID-19, LLC is taking precautions to keep our customers, future customers and technicians safe while continuing to provide dependable internet service throughout our communities.  This is especially critical as so many people must now work from home or complete their college classes through distance learning.

As a result, we ask that you practice social distancing during new installs when our technicians must be inside your home to complete termination of wires, set up a router and complete paperwork and payments.   Technicians may, also, need to enter your home in the event that over-the-phone trouble shooting cannot resolve an issue. If that is the case, please, follow social distancing practices.

The best ways to practice social distancing while technicians are in your home are to:

  • Stand at least 6-10 feet away from the technician
  • Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds before filling out paperwork
  • Use your own pen to complete all paperwork

Our technicians will be using hand sanitizer before and after every service call.

Please remember that even if you feel fine you could be carrying COVID-19 or influenza. If you or someone in your home is experiencing a fever, dry cough or shortness of breath, please reschedule your appointment.  Several of our customers are over the age of 60, while others have compromised immune systems due to various health reasons (i.e.: diabetes, MS, COPD, heart disease, cancer, etc.).  We need to work together to keep our community members and employees safe from this illness.
